Two Weeks Ago, The Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC) Attended the General Assembly of the Network of Anti-Corruption Institutions in West Africa (NACIWA) Held in Abuja, Nigeria

The event brought together member states from across the West African region to exchange ideas and strengthen collective efforts toward transparency, accountability, and integrity in governance.

Liberia was represented by the Vice Executive Chairperson, Mr. Ernest R. Hughes and the Executive Assistant, Ms. Vivian S. Akoto of the LACC. The Vice Executive Chairperson served as a panelist, sharing insights on regional collaboration and best practices in combating corruption, while the Executive Assistant made active contributions during the discussions.

The Assembly reaffirmed the importance of partnership and shared commitment in building a corruption-free and accountable West Africa.

Together, we continue to champion integrity and good governance for a better Liberia and a stronger region.
