The Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC) has Officially Welcomed Hon. Arthur W. B. Fumbah as Vice Executive Chairperson Following a Turnover Ceremony Held at the Commission’s Headquarters on Friday, July 24, 2026
During the ceremony, Executive Chairperson Cllr. Alexandra K. Zoe presented the Instrument of Office to Hon. Fumbah and urged him to uphold the Commission’s core values of integrity, transparency, and accountability, expressing confidence in his ability to strengthen public trust and advance the LACC’s anti-corruption mandate.
Outgoing Vice Executive Chairperson Hon. Ernest R. Hughes congratulated Hon. Fumbah on his appointment and encouraged him to remain courageous, steadfast, and committed to integrity in the fight against corruption. He also pledged his continued support to the Commission whenever needed.
In his acceptance remarks, Hon. Arthur W. B. Fumbah expressed gratitude for the confidence reposed in him and pledged to foster teamwork, consultation, and collaboration. He called on staff to remain united in advancing the Commission’s mission and reaffirmed his commitment to promoting transparency, accountability, and integrity in service to the Liberian people.
The ceremony also featured goodwill remarks from family members, friends, and invited guests, who congratulated Hon. Fumbah and wished him success in his new role.
