Since September 2023, Hon. Randolph E. V. Tebbs Sr, a native of Cape Mount County, has served as one of the three esteemed Commissioners for Monitoring and Investigation at the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC). With over 28 years of experience spanning the global Human Rights Criminal Justice sectors with the Nations and the Financial Sector in Liberia, Commissioner Tebbs brings a profound depth of expertise in information technology and systems management.
His educational background is equally impressive, featuring a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Cuttington University, Bong County, Liberia. Further augmented by a Commercial Pilot License from Israel Aircraft Industries and a raft of certifications in Systems Analysis, Networking, Database Administration, Project Management, Communication, and Network Security, Tebbs’s qualifications have been pivotal in advancing his career, particularly in roles requiring significant analytical and technical skills.
At the United Nations, Commissioner Tebbs was instrumental in transforming the management and preservation of legal documents through advanced information management systems. His initiatives have significantly enhanced efficiency, security, and accessibility of indispensable records,
