LPAC TRANSFERS EQUIPMENT TO LACC

NEWS BRIEF

Friday, June 19, 2020 – The Legal Professional Development and Anti-Corruption (LPAC) a contractor of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Cheechi and Company Consulting INC, (Cheechi) has transferred all rights, title and interest in the property and physical possession to the Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission (LACC).

The transfer comes in the wake at the end of the LPAC and Cheechi contract with USAID.

Cllr. Abraham W. Simpson, Prosecution & Investigation Specialist represented LPAC while Atty. Mohamed E. Fahnbulleh, Executive Director of the LACC signed on behalf of the Commission.
